Craftyfrog is a 100% Irish Crafting business. I make the very popular unique, patchwork baby ball with toy rattle in my smoke free home in North County Dublin. I have also started delving into the world of crochet, and I absolutely love it! Running your own business is a lot harder than I thought. I have no difficulties in my customer service, being that my background was Hotel and Catering Management. I believe strongly in customer service, value for money and providing a top quality product. I get a great kick of satisfaction when I have returning customers, and I am currently working on how to expand my customer base, being fully aware that due to the nature of the products i make and that they are handmade, huge volumes cannot come into play unless it becomes a manufactured product. But for the moment, you will still see me on trains and other transport stitching or crocheting away!
