After years of experience as an Intern and during my studies, I find myself really attracted to the Customer service and the sales. I love being in contact with people, and sharing with them. In 2016, I went on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia and completely changed my orientation. I found myself taking care of an autistic boy (the most amazing accomplishment of my life - yet). Today I know that I want to travel the world, and learn about everything I can, I'm looking for a job that will give me this kind of possibilities. I'm ambitious and won't stop myself to Belgium.

Analyzing Cases and handling end to end calls.
Call handling and first contact with customers. My role is to find solutions and answer the best that I can to the clients calls, plus selling them the product that fit their needs. I also sell our electronic banking products to answer to a customer needs.
Each year, during busy periods, I'm helping the owner of this retail shop as a sales Assistant. My job is to sell products, handling the cash register and customer service (face to face + Phone)
