During my internship at Apoprojekt GmbH in Munich, I am directly involved in managing high-end refurbishment and fit-out projects for corporate clients, transforming existing spaces into modern, functional environments. I support the entire project lifecycle from early planning and tender coordination to on-site execution and client handover, meanwhile ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. My role combines technical precision with stakeholder management, coordinating between architects, engineers, and trade professionals to align design intent with construction realities.
During my time as a Luxury Real Estate & Concierge Associate at ManPhil&Co, I contributed to the management and curation of exclusive villas and vacation rentals across premium destinations. I coordinated client bookings and personalized concierge experiences, ensuring seamless stays for international guests. Working closely with property owners and service providers, I helped deliver tailored services ranging from private chefs to yacht charters. In addition, I supported marketing efforts through property listings and visual content, while conducting market research on pricing strategies and evolving trends in luxury travel and real estate.
