In my role, I executed a length strategy to find, qualify and book appointments with new businesses in need of predictable, results-driven brand strategies to execute and maintain long-term. Being at the forefront of the selling cycle, I tested and reiterated our lead generation and outreach strategies. Spear heading the cold outreach in our sales process across cold calls, cold email, linkedIn outreach, loom outreach and the diligent follow up tasks. With no prior experience working in a marketing agency I rose to the challenge, climbing the steep learning curve of the complex selling environment. Learning to be resourceful with The Hype Society results and past colleague experiences to leverage engaging conversations and bring in new opportunities.
My role involved performing 200+ calls a day to incoming leads from our marketing channels too which I would qualify them and their business on a range of factors. This process included extracting numerous unique business road blocks faced by the leads and providing a specific consulting solution to their pain.
At Change Up Beer co, I lead cold outreach over the phone and in person to bottle shops, bars and pubs handing out samples and developing rapport with the managers to get the product in. The relationships developed were continuously nurtured and followed up with to maintain trust and reliance in an extremely competitive industry.
As an engineer intern, I collaborated across over six diverse projects in an assortment of teams under strict time constraints. Each project required new technical skills to learn and apply. Developing quick team building and networking aptitudes was vital to the efficiency of completing our objectives on time. Between projects, I worked independently on building my skills in programming, designing, robot manufacturing and report writing.
