In addition to administrative management and sales support, I work a lot with the implementation of our solutions to customers. This results in lot of project work, and I have therefore taken the PRINCE2 Foundation certification.

Leder for IKT drift og kompetansesenter med driftsansvar for alle våre IT systemer og for alle interne og eksterne support henvendelser. Håndterer 1. og 2. linje support samt eskalering. Har spesielt fagansvar for vår MRM plattform basert på BrandMaker programvare, samt analyseprodukter levert på QlikView plattform (CARWATCH, CATCHIT med mer). Er i tillegg opplæringsansvarlig for våre lærlinger på IKT studier.
Media Asset Management is a company spesialized in MRM solutions. From 2009 we are a certified sales partner for the BrandMaker MRM platform. See http://www.brandmaker.com/no MRM (Marketing Resource Management) is the software used to optimize the marketing processes. We have lately set up multiple imaging engine solutions that automatically creates correct sized web images for products, so that all the company's product images are available on the web, with the right product number. This can be very time saving.
From 1994 hired in as consultant, and employed in 1995. The company was first named Paintbox KS. The CRM division was named Talk2Me. I was the CTO for the company when it growed from 40 employed to over 200 employed. Worked night and day, and had a lot of fun in this caos enviroment. Hired Per Skute from GPI after a short time. He was the major network, firewall and Novel expert. Paintbox OnLine: Startet up the first Digital Asset Management system in Norway back in 1995. Storing and retrieval system for images and documents. Martin Solli was hired in to be the system manager for this system. Talk2me: I also was one of the technical founder of the system used at Talk2me. I was helping Per Morten and Svein with all the technical investment like new telephone central, new call center system and integration with NT Connect between the systems. Per Skute was the main engineer, but I was realy tied into the solutions.
Startet as field service engineer on peripheral equipment. After a couple of years I took traning in PC software, hardware and network solutions. Converted from field engineering to sales department. After two years I converted back to first and second line telephone support in the Knowledge senter at GPI. The Knowledge senter was lead by the training departement and I holde a lot of courses in Microsoft Office software. The training departement closed, and I then worked for the PC service and network dempartement. In the end of my career at GPI I also was in the board of directors as an representative of the employed. In the last year I was hired out to a customer named Paintbox KS. They gave me a offer I could not resist, and I startet working in the IT department. The Paintbox IT department had at this time one employed and that was me.
System Engineer on a brand new technology system. The system was named lightspeed and was a one man graphical working station with videocamera for image grabbing, a high definition color screen and a working unix system with 16 million colors. The graphical station could manupilate images and had a lot of drawing facilities. The output was dias film. This system was so far ahead in its time that nearly nobody understand what it was capable of. The system chief in Norway was Jørgen Bosnes. After 4 fabulous mounths the owners was insolvent and the company was called in. The owner was VIP Scandinavia with Tom Berntsen.
