As a Project Quality Manager at Saipem, I lead Quality Assurance & Compliance for major EPC projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. I am currently spearheading the quality strategy for the Kaminho Project (TotalEnergies), a high-stakes FPSO transformation from a VLCC, representing a game-changer in offshore production. 🛠️ My approach to Quality is deeply rooted in technical expertise. Starting my career within the Process Package department provided me with a fundamental understanding of engineering design and plant mechanics. Over the years, my involvement in Commercial Activities further expanded my vision, giving me a 360° grasp of internal company workflows and business drivers.
