    CEMS Business Project. I was part of a an international team composed by two other fellow CEMS students. The project consisted in developing a new e-commerce strategy for the brand Lancôme in the Czech Market. The project activities included: • Sales analysis of the Czech beauty market. Analysis of multiple reports and elaboration of sales projection for the Czech beauty market with a focus on on-line sales of luxury beauty products. • Development of an on-line customer support strategy in order to replicate the luxury experience over the internet. • Design of an omni-channel distribution and marketing approach for the brand. • Development of a possible implementation plan for the new branded Lancôme website including key milestones and target KPIs.
