Professional with experience in team coordination involving planning, resource control, budget control, hours estimation, material management and development of managerial reports in many industries as Steelworks (Usiminas), Chemical (Carbocloro and Petrobras) and fabrication of offshore (Saipem) and onshore equipment (ERSAI/Saipem).
- Develop custom functions and tools to improve internal processes (through MS Excel and other software); - Design and implement dashboards and reports to track progress and KPIs, incorporating dynamic filters; - Oversee the preparation and issuance of RFQs technical packages for subcontractors; - Conduct technical evaluations and alignment for subcontractors involved in project execution; - Define scope for subcontracts, proposing required supervision manpower, and outlined project roles and responsibilities based on extensive work experience across FEED and Construction phases; - Manage issuance of project technical documents and procedures, comparing them with contractual deliverables. - Development of subcontractor manufacturing schedule along with performance indicators (KPIs) and progress monitoring; - Material management with focus on piping discipline; - Implementation of a database to control development of piping isometrics; - Interface with project design engineering by reviewing and proposing more efficient methods/alternatives; - Definition of procedures and team management for developing fabrication drawings of metallic structures.
Project management focused on pre-operation of Petrobras’ own vessels (UN-BS): - Assist in the planning of physical and financial activities for project management through the use of MS Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Power BI, generating and monitoring project implementation schedules and identifying deviations and/or anomalies that may compromise their completion; - Involvement with different disciplines such as Human Resources (dimensioning, mobilization and training of staff), Integrity Maintenance (Maintenance, Inspection and Painting Programs), Material Purchasing and Service Contracting, Legal Compliance (IBAMA, Environmental Licensing, Navy, ANP, among others) and HSE (Operational Safety, Regulatory Standards and Safety Culture); - Support in Cost Control activities and management of performance indicators.
Planning of Shutdown Maintenance for the client Petrobras inside “Presidente Bernardes Cubatão” Refinery: - Listing of materials through inspection notes and on-site visits according to the scope defined by client; - Material requisition through SAP System and follow-up of the purchase process; - Planning of the activities on Primavera P6 System with resource levelling, histogram and “S” curve, aiding in the subcontracting process and the progress control of the project; - Follow-up and inspection of subcontractors during the shutdown maintenance; - Development of closing reports for the maintenance and register of lessons learned.
Team Coordinator of 10 people inside the Production Planning and Control department in ERSAI. Responsible for: - Project management, involving Production, Quality, Engineering together with the client; - Planning of fabrication and subcontracting activities; - Interpretation of drawings, estimation of hours for performing an activity and issuance of service orders for ongoing project and projects on bid phase; - Evaluation of production indicators (KPIs) and issuance of managerial reports (dashboards).
- Responsible for planning of fabrication and subcontracting activities ensuring the priorities of the Projects are met; - Management of the resources utilized on fabrication of modules/items in accordance with the planning of the Projects; - Interpretation of drawings, estimation of necessary hours for performing an activity and issuance of service orders; - Issuance of schedules of the fabrication activities for both company and subcontractors; - Management of materials, with the target of optimizing and ensuring the technical requirements, also utilizing SAP system (MM module); - Validation and analysis of data relevant to production as: progress, worked hours and productivity.
