Focus on Enerray’s international business development (in particular MENA region) - market analysis and research to address the international business development strategy; - follow up IPP, BOT, BOO or EPC tenders; - follow the development of green or brown-field PV projects under bankability standards - structuring project financing schemes with multilateral DFIs (e.g. IFC – World Bank) and commercial banks; - CP (Conditions Precedent) coordinator: condition precedents required under financing documents to reach Financial Close; - contracts negotiations (EPC/O&M Contracts, SHA, SPA, MOU); - Project Agreements negotiations (PPA, Land Lease Agreement, Connection Contract etc.); - Set up of local subsidiaries, local branch, SPV and permitting; - relations with local developers, with Governmental and Institutional entities;
