Responsible for leading, at the regional level (Latin America), 6 areas that connect brand management and the HCP sales force, such as: - Business Intelligence - FFE (Field force effectiveness) - HCP events - Training and development / Educational Content - HCP Compliance - Samples Delivery • Develop new ways of working and LATAM synergy increasing effectiveness. • Identify and execute the leverage of processes that were previously local into a regional level. • Shape the “Roles and Responsibilities map” for the entire HCP structure and lead the team execution seeking for effectiveness. • Leadership the implementation of a new operational area with a strategic business connection for the entire region (latam). • Leadership of leaders. • Direct report to D1 level.
• Leadership of the the regional communication strategy for healthcare professionals (HCPs) with advertising agencies and internal brand teams focused on all HCP touchpoints (ON and Offline) for Neutrogena, Johnson's Baby, Tylenol and Listerine. • Direct interaction with HCP media agencies (e.g IQVIA) and management of Non-working media. • Direct interaction with Franchise and global teams to identify, leverage and ensure successful development of scientific media content for brands and target audiences. • Support regional franchise team during Strategic Plan process, brand playbooks, 3-year message process and scientific pipeline development.
Development and leadership of the omnichannel communication strategy for sales experts, such as pharmacists, beauty advisors and sales force teams (internal and external). Leading the production of branded content in multiple formats, integrating different communication channels, offering for the customer's teams a unified learning experience that reaches them in different ways and at different times, obtaining greater team engagement and boosting sell-out.
