The IKM Council is an advisory body for the Department of Clinical Medicine (IKM). IKM contributes to teaching, research, and knowledge dissemination within the clinical field of medicine. In round numbers, the department consists of an academic staff of 260 clinical professors, 650 clinical lecturers, and 65 clinical research lecturers, as well as 800 PhD students with primary appointments at hospitals in the Capital Region of Denmark and Region Zealand. Based solely on the number of employees, IKM is the largest department at the University of Copenhagen The council serves as a link between employees and management in strategic discussions and consultations.

GNUF is an independent network for all research-active individuals with an affiliation to Herlev and Gentofte Hospital. The aim is to create an active forum where young researchers at the hospital can meet and exchange experiences, provide inspiration and professional sparring, and gain knowledge and advice on research-relevant topics. The purpose is to: - Make the research at Herlev and Gentofte Hospital more visible - Strengthen internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration - Increase external funding for research at Herlev and Gentofte Hospital - Form an informal, yet fruitful scientific forum for younger researchers - Strengthen the social ties between the hospital's younger researchers GNUF is administered by the GNUF Board and organizes symposiums and after-work meetings for younger researchers.

The program targets American Pre-Med students, where I teach the following topics: Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, the Danish Healthcare System, Medical Communications Course, and more.

Course Assistant for the class “Human Health & Disease: A clinical approach”. The course teaches the American pre-med students the most important human diseases, their diagnosis and treatment, and the clinical working methods of physicians. Key responsibilities during course: - Grading all the students’ papers and written exams. - Responsible for the Final Grade for all students - Tour leader on field trips within Denmark and Europe, where the students visit different hospital departments and physicians.
