Responsible for operational planning and project preparation in support of new and existing maritime contracts, with focus on readiness, execution excellence, and QHSE compliance. Led the operational transition from asset purchase to execution by structuring project plans, defining resource and capacity needs, and supporting the mobilisation and integration of new assets into operations. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational alignment, permit readiness, and compliance with contractual, safety, and environmental requirements. Provide hands‑on operational support to ensure the organisation was fully prepared to deliver safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations from contract commencement.
Maintenance Dredging Works Schelde and Belgian Coast • Accountable for operational excellence in the delivery of a maintenance dredging project within an active maritime environment • Planning and execution of dredging operations, ensuring safety, quality, environmental compliance, and continuity of client operations • Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication, progress reporting, and proactive issue resolution • Ensuring full compliance with QHSE standards, environmental permits, and maritime regulations • Exercising control over scope, schedule, budget, and risk management • Directing subcontractors and operational teams to achieve high performance and safe execution • Acting as primary client interface, aligning project delivery with stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations

Beach and foreshore nourishment incl. coordination of multiple hopper dredgers, dry earth movement, environmental- and stakeholder management and contractual requirements from preparation and mobilisation to execution and delivery. • 2015 – Combinatie Kallo. Representing Belgium within PIANC’s Young Professionals Commission, contributing to international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the promotion of young talent in maritime, coastal, and inland waterway engineering. Acts as a link between Belgian young professionals and the wider PIANC network, supporting events, initiatives, and the future of the industry.
