First line trouble shooting on the phone and planning reparations. Reparation on customer side. Installation of new fresenius devices by customers. Managing our trunk stock. Working with scope’s, DMM, safety test, pressure meters, callibrated weights, programs on laptop. Follow high level training in germany of our medical devices such as blood proces devices, apheresis systems, auto transfusion, etc. Working closely with sales and the application team. Pre training of our new field service engineers. Building up a good relation with our customers.
