Responsible for the general management of the production plant (processing, mixing, filling and packaging) of ambient dairy products and drinks in aluminium cups, cans en glass bottles. Affinity with implementation of a safety-, quality en productivity culture.
Responsible for the production (processing, mixing, filling and packaging) of UHT dairy products in plastic cups, HDPE bottles and carton packages (21 aseptic filling lines). Practical experience during the last year with executing a holistic costcutting and production optimalisation programm supported by an external consultant. Great affinity with implementing a safety culture on the shopfloor and the continuous improvement proces.
Responsable as project manager for the integration of 2 existing plants within the Aalter plant doubling the current production capacity (complete design, planning, construction, coordination and budget responsability). Resulting in new aseptic processing and filling equipment to produce milkproducts in different carton packaging.
