Working as a research assistant and an academic staff member. As a research assistant, responsible to make program plans and budgets, as well as supervised community service events. Developing the required materials, oversaw archives, and provided training sessions. Responsible to Monitoring and Evaluating research activity, as well as organized and maintained data. As an academic staff member, responsible as some student advisor to evaluate and oversaw their academic performance, also responsible to coordinated with health service partners (Hospitals, PHC or Clinics), ensured ethical compliance, and reported and resolved difficulties in partnership within academic responsibility
I have three years of experience teaching at college, conducting research, and engaging in community service activities. In my capacity as an academic advisor, I gave students advice on how to advance academically, dealt with problems that went outside the advisor's area of expertise, and took part in accreditation procedures.
My tasks include improving assessment tools, collecting information from stakeholders and healthcare providers using qualitative techniques such as focus groups and in-depth interviews, and creating reports based on the findings.
I spent nearly three years working as a midwife shift coordinator. My responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, assisting doctors, maintaining a positive work environment, caring for prenatal, postnatal, and reproductive health, communicating with managers and doctors, and participating in the hospital's certification process while following ethical service guidelines.
