Security and Compliance Leadership: ✅ Supported ISO27001 compliance through backup strategies and operational safeguards in partnership with Security. ✅ Modernized the Salesforce API stack and retired legacy APIs to reduce risk and improve maintainability. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership: ✅ Partnered cross-functionally to align requirements to delivery and drive adoption; coached teams on self-serve workflows and automation best practices.
