Recovered a multi-million-dollar Operation Theatre Management System (SingHealth – KKH, SKGH, SNEC) that was delayed and over budget; successfully delivered on time. Initiated and managed EMR rollout for St. Luke’s Medical Centre (Philippines), completing a smooth handover to the local project manager. Managed Oncology module implementation across SGH, NCC, and KKH, enhancing patient care workflows. Collaborated with cross-border teams, ensuring effective governance and project execution.
