Designing and developing a wide range of enterprise level Turkcell Technology software projects in Campaign Management, Central Product Catalog Management and Mobile CRM Process Management
• Responsible for software quality of campaign management infrastructure applications and modules(SMS, Inbound Campaigns, Outbound Campaigns, Fulfillment Process, Event Driven process) • Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications • Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization • Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing) • Supports, designs, develops and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes • Highly involved in SDLC project management process
