Lead end-to-end technology and digital hiring for the bank, supporting all groups under the Chief Technology Office (CTO). • Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of 11 recruiters, driving engagement, and consistent hiring outcomes. • Partner closely with Vendor Management, Workforce Planning, and Talent Marketing to ensure aligned hiring strategies and the delivery of high-quality talent. • Drive workforce planning and demand management to ensure the right skills are hired at the right time to meet business priorities. • Create and present quarterly hiring insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders across respective technology business groups. • Act as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, translating business needs into scalable talent acquisition solutions.
Oversee hiring for Global Banking & Markets and Global Transaction Banking.
Oversaw hiring, talent acquisition strategy & delivery for all commercial roles including operations, marketing, product marketing, communications, sales, legal, finance, partnerships roles across North America. Collaborated with Talent leaders globally, partnered with senior execs on hiring for their groups. Coached and mentored a team of recruiters, leads and sourcers.

Including Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Strategy & Ops, Growth, SEO, Marketing Creative and International Marketing. Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers.
