Transforming supplier quality into a strategic advantage for global manufacturing success. * Lead a globally distributed organisation across Singapore, Japan, Germany, and the United States, driving alignment on supplier strategy, quality governance, and operational execution. * Oversee supplier performance across critical OEM commodities (Valves, Pumps, AC Power Supply), ensuring consistency in quality, delivery, and operational standards across regions * Spearhead regional supplier localisation and transfer initiatives across Southeast Asia, enabling supply chain diversification from the US and China into Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines * Establish and lead performance governance frameworks focused on QPPM reduction, 8D cycle time improvement, and failure analysis (FA) responsiveness * Lead teams through complex escalations, focusing on root cause resolution and systemic improvements rather than short-term fixes
* Champion the initiative to reduce Critical Non – Conformance volume and cycle time. * Support OCE Engineering & AGS Logistic to improves SPARES & Logistic 8D resolution & cycle time. * Provide cost saving & asset recovery programme to improve AGS overall gross margin. * Lead APAC Regional Quality Managers in improving Customer’s Voice. Arrange weekly calls and quarterly F2F meeting with the Regional Quality Managers. * Manage key customer’s SCAR escalation within the APAC region with an immediate containment plan.
* To maintain a continuous labour support in both Technical and Process capabilities for all the 300mm PVD Module. * In-charge for all 300mm PVD Start Ups, Retrofits and Relocation works for Global Foundries Fab7. * In-charge for all 200mm Products within the Global Foundries Family in Singapore. * Prepare and submit quotations for both parts pricing and labour hours to both customers and contractors * Awarded an individual Outstanding Service Award from GlobalFoundries Singapore in 2016 * Awarded an individual Employee Excellence award from Applied Materials in 2017
