Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen the organization’s recruitment presence and candidate experience. - Design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social, and professional channels to increase talent engagement and pipeline growth. - Drive innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture qualified candidates for various hiring needs. - Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to align recruitment initiatives with organizational objectives and workforce plans. - Utilize data-driven insights, recruitment metrics, and market intelligence to optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve hiring outcomes. - Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance talent attraction and sourcing methods. - Support end-to-end recruitment operations and ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. - Lead candidate processing and funnel management across all hiring roles, ensuring timely coordination, screening, and progression through the recruitment pipeline.
- Responsible for leading the Talent Operations Team in recruiting and hiring qualified applicants to fill openings for the assigned tower to him/her. - Tracks and reports hiring results to the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Managers. - Assists and guides hiring managers on recruiting and retention issues. - Researches and makes recommendations on opportunities for improvement in the recruitment process.
