About

As the principal of Monroe Elementary, a community school in the Santa Ana Unified School District, I am committed to empowering students through our Dual Language Immersion and STEAM programs. As a community school, we focus on fostering strong relationships between students, families, and educators, ensuring that every child has the support they need to thrive. I am dedicated to transforming teaching and learning, equipping students with the skills necessary to excel in the 21st century. In addition to my role as principal, I serve as an adjunct instructor at California State University Dominguez Hills, where I mentor future educational leaders and support the development of innovative, equity-driven practices in education.
