Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) * Driving global growth strategy across key regions, scaling local communities and strengthening brand awareness in highly competitive crypto markets. * Leading end-to-end marketing campaigns—from ideation to execution—ensuring high-impact storytelling and performance-driven communication. * Designing and executing OKR/KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives, including product launches, trading competitions, partnerships, and content ecosystems (vlogs, social, PR). * Owning performance analytics and ROI tracking across all channels and partnerships, optimizing CAC, retention, and revenue on a weekly and monthly basis. * Managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Data Analytics, to ensure alignment between growth, partnerships, and performance insights.

- Responsible for brand development in Europe and LATAM markets - Creating synergies with partners in order to increase the company's value and awareness - Analyzing the reliability of partners, using digital tools - Create strategies in order to achieve the objectives
- Creation of marketing campaigns : creation, organization of the campaign and communication of the content to agencies, KOLs, CMs. - Definition of strategies to follow, to reach the established quarterly objectives (launch of a trading competition, new partnerships, Vlogs, etc.) -Control of the results of the actions, in order to obtain a weekly and monthly ROI for each KOLs or communication channel used. -Lead the local BD team in their daily tasks as well as the Data analysis manager.
-Involvement in the so-called emobility, search for new commercial agreements and/or opportunities with green entities, or economic agents of the industry. - Analysis of eco-sustainable projects that defend the future of mobility, creation of a project in order to propose a new type of urban mobility. -Analysis and control of the purchases made, proactivity with all types of suppliers (OEM / dealers / Rentings / RACs etc.) in order to maintain a correct commercial harmony. - Organisation of the weekly and daily tasks, communication with the different departments to maintain a weekly control of the activities. - Maintenance of the company's database, updating, daily rectification of the system in order to maintain 100% reliable information. - Resolving daily queries, as well as managing the different members of the team in order to achieve the objectives.
