I am a senior business and commercial leader with a career built at the intersection of strategy, growth, and transformation in complex, highly regulated industries. Over the years, I have led regional and local mandates across pharmaceuticals, animal health, and sustainability-driven businesses, combining P&L accountability, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional execution in matrixed environments. My work has focused on building and scaling businesses where clarity of strategy, disciplined decision-making, and strong stakeholder alignment are critical. From launching new categories and business models to accelerating sustainable solutions and leading commercial excellence agendas, I operate comfortably across strategic definition and execution, with consistent exposure to senior leadership and governance forums. Developing people, shaping teams, and creating conditions for long-term value creation are central to how I lead. I hold a degree in Chemical Engineering from Poli-USP, a postgraduate MBA in Marketing from USP ESALQ, and have completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD 39), an alternative in-person Executive MBA at Harvard Business School. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with advanced German, I have worked in international teams and managing diverse stakeholders during most of my career.
