Solution : One Identity Manager Company : Bank From Poland – (2023 – Present) Ferhat Karakoyun acted as Architect for this project to analyse current status, propose the best practices, design the synchronization and provisioning on target systems, HR Flows including writebacks to the HR system, Request and approval flows etc. The main tasks in this phase: HR Integration – A REST API based HR system. Done via custom VB.NET codes. Active Directory Integration (Analyzing the schema, attribute formats, creating processes, scripts and templates etc.) Identity Lifecycle – Automated provisioning and role based assignments over the AD Groups. Business Roles - Sync of existing roles from old IDM system. All roles are requestable from web portal. Each roles includes one or more AD group. Each role has 2 or more owners. UNS system integration – a kind of Flat file based system but full cycle integration including syncs over csv, create-disable-update user, assign-remove access, role requests, password management – Reset Password and Unlock Account. Attestation – Periodic reviews of application roles and UNS System Roles Angular Portal implemented. Solution : One Identity Manager Solution Company : Bank From Türkiye – (2023) Currently, integrations for HR, Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange have been completed. Attestations have been established for authorizations, and regular reviews are conducted periodically.15 different domain integrations have been done and are being managed. Work has been undertaken to enable users from each domain to log in to the web portal via OAuth2.0/OpenID Connect. It is imperative for types to be compatible for automatic authorization to occur. New request screens have been designed on the web portal according to the customer's requests. Report screens have been created on the web interface. Additionally, necessary admin authorizations have been configured to ensure that admins can utilize the web portal more effectively.
Solution : One Identity Manager Solution Company : Bank From Türkiye – (2018 September – Present) It was the largest private bank in the country by the size of total assets, total loans, total deposits and equity, as well as by the number of branches and employees as of 31 December 2021. It was the first bank founded by the Turkish Republic. The PoC process was carried out to replace the existing Identity Manager product with the OneIM product. Afterwards, analysis, system integrations such as AD, LDAP, Exchange and Icon HR DB and configurations were done. All the features of the old used IDM product were added as is with the new OneIM solution by adding new features. In addition, governance issues such as Attestation/Certification, SoD rule violations and reporting were also implemented. Post Production Support was provided as Managed Services (Admin-Operational Support) processes. Identity and access automation processes were designed for 3000 internal employees. Processes have been designed for all Outsourcing and Agency Employees Management (1000+). 10+ different application management has been integrated. Approval and Approval Workflow Design and Customization, Identity Portal Design and Customization (Access forms integration) and Central Reporting features are added.
