Responsible for several Beta Systems, runnings tests and specials programms for worldwide customer in the wafer treatment industry. Performing remote support in case of questions and test issues. Running test equipment and metrology in the lab. Writing reports in teamwork with development department to executed test runs.
Field Support Engineer: Laser exposing units for the press and newspaper business. Introducing and servicing high end proofer technologies, new digital exposure equipment. Applications trainings to users. Workflow assistance (from scratch to print). Remote support via phone and login whole Europa, occ. Aisa and Indian Pacific Region.
Responsible for Chromatography devices. Customers: Universities, drug labs, hospitals, cosmetics, chemie. Service support, installations, applications trainings to customers. Responsible for European customers also to all related equipment, such as autosamplers, detectors, software.
Responsibilities: Installment and servicing of environment technologies, such as meteorological instruments, watering systems.
