As the Accounting and Tax Department Head at Mayapada Hospital Bogor, my role is comprehensive and integral to our operations. I oversee all accounting functions, including precise bookkeeping, generating financial reports, and ensuring accurate reconciliations. Simultaneously, I manage tax compliance, encompassing all calculations, reporting, and strategic planning to adhere to regulations. Beyond these core financial duties, my responsibilities extend significantly. I lead unit cost & pricing, where I meticulously analyze production and operational expenses. This analysis is crucial for setting competitive yet profitable selling prices for our products, a task that demands in-depth data review, future projections, and close collaboration with our sales and production teams. I also manage general logistics, ensuring the efficiency of our entire supply chain. This involves strategic inventory management, selecting reliable transportation vendors, overseeing warehouse operations, and optimizing delivery routes. My aim here is to minimize costs while maximizing speed and efficiency. Finally, I am responsible for the doctor fee unit, ensuring that all payments related to medical professionals are processed accurately and in a timely manner. My overarching goal is to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency across all these key departments.
