Responsible as Project Manager for large Capital Investments.
Responsible as Project Manager for large capital investments from FEED phase to start-up in Thailand. I have prepared and executed the erection of production plants at the Map Ta Phut area in Thailand (brown field / green field projects) and Zhangjigang in China. Feed phase of these projects involved Engineering teams from Europe, India and China. The execution was performed with Engineering contractors in Thailand & China. Managing the international teams located in Europe and Asia as well as the responsibility of capital cost, schedule committments and quality requirements from the businesses have been the most interesting challenges.
Preparation and execution of large capital investments like new production facilities, covering all areas from FEED to Start-up. Responsibilities include cost, schedule and quality management of the investments
Optimization of production facilities for different businesses: - develop asset utilization strategies - improve asset utilization / max asset capabilities - develop investment plans - feasibility studies of investments - process optimization
