Assist Project Management Team in Land Acces for Clean up of Hidrocarbon Impact Soil (HIS) Remediation Activities, Rokan Block Riau – Sumatra – Indonesia under Land HIS Team PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan partnership with General Counsel & Remediation Site Retirement with such as ativities, Coordinate User (Pertamina Employee) in assisting GOI to carry out field data verification, validation and measurement, including coordination and collaboration with the Remediation function Assist User (Pertamina Employee) in preparing, review and analyzing land documents (BMN and Compensation), regulations and related information to support review of strategic aspects of land. Provide analytical skills to develop strategies and plans for addressimg complex and highly veried land issues (e.g.fee land strategies, habitat conservation plans, etc) Administer and maintain land access documents (copy, scan, compile soft files in sharefolders and sharepoints). Collaborative works with all stakeholders and Other jobs to be determined by the user (Pertamina Employee).
Shalll work both in field & office on the preliminary land surveydata. Persuasive in engaging Land Owner for Survey & Inventory (SI) accesspermit. Initiate and secure Permit to Work (PTW)approval. Supervise Survey & Inventory (SI) fieldwork. Verify & Improve Survey & Inventory (SI)data. Review and approve Survey & Inventory (SI) documents anddrawing. Accompany land specialist/analyst in negotiation process. Collaborative works with all stakeholders Able to drive company’s vehicle, specifically in operation area (4WD type).
