Galderma was a privately-held and private equity backed company (EQT/Luxinva/PSP Investments/other investors). Since March 2024, Galderma is publicly listed on the SIX Swiss Stock Exchange. In the context of an LBO, co-piloting together with General Manager, Galderma's business in UK and Ireland. The following departments report directly and indirectly: Controlling/FP&A, Accounting & Tax, Procurement, IT. Responsibilities include: P&L and Cash Flow ownership (Monthly rolling forecasts, Budget, Mid-range Plan), investment allocation decisions, IFRS Financial Reporting, act as sparring partner for stakeholders across business units, maintenance of internal control system, establishing Irish branch to meet regulatory requirements following Brexit.
Responsible for the financial evaluation of global M&A and licensing projects across all franchises, as well as representing the interests of finance during deal negotiations. Owner of financial business cases and presented financial merits of proposed transactions to Galderma's Executive Committee and Advisory Board. Assumed the leading role during integrations and divestments to ensure continuity and value capture in line with approved business cases. CEO Award Winner 2022 for the acquisition of ALASTIN Skincare.
