Felix JV Schlösser works as a vascular surgeon at the Laurentius Hospital Roermond and VieCuri Medical Center in Venlo, The Netherlands. His work has been presented at multiple prestigious international meetings and has been cited over 2000 times by scientists globally. After graduating from Utrecht University School of Medicine, he started his research career on the prognosis of patients with aortic aneurysms with Prof Moll and continued with Dr Muhs at Yale University. He became MD PhD on aortic aneurysms judged by a transatlantic expert committee. Felix graduated from a six year Vascular Surgery Residency Training Program at Yale-New Haven Hospital in June 2015. He subsequently returned to Europe, and completed an advanced fellowship focused on EU approved medical devices and high complexity vascular surgical procedures at St Antonius Hospital, The Netherlands.
