I am a Transformation and Turnaround leader acting as CRO / CFO in complex and special situations, with a strong focus on restructuring, liquidity management and performance improvement. In my current role, I take on CFO/Managing Director responsibilities, leading commercial, finance, controlling, procurement and IT functions while driving transformation and restructuring programs across international operations. Previously, I worked at PwC in Business Recovery Services, advising companies and stakeholders in critical situations on strategic, operational and financial restructuring.
