About Plastogaz: Plastogaz is a deep-tech cleantech company developing patented catalytic hydrocracking technology to chemically recycle plastic waste into valuable feedstocks. The process is flexible, energy-efficient, and offers high selectivity, providing a scalable solution for the circular plastics economy. My Role & Achievements: * Co-Founded the company, secured multi million in public and private funding, including backing from Dow. * Built and scaled a multidisciplinary team across chemistry, process engineering, and business. * Led Plastogaz from concept to TRL 5 with active customer pilots in Europe. * Designed and executed IP strategy. * Closed key grants and non-dilutive funding (e.g., Innosuisse). * Structured governance and led board management, legal, and fundraising processes.
