Engineering and project executive with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex industrial investment projects worldwide. I am specialized in leading large-scale greenfield and brownfield capital projects across the process industry, including battery materials, energy storage and beverage manufacturing. Throughout my career, I have led capital investment programs of up to €750 million, managing international project organizations and construction teams of up to 700 personnel. My focus lies in building high-performing global project teams, stabilizing complex project environments and delivering industrial assets from concept and investment decision through construction and operational ramp-up. Project experience includes global execution with focus across Europe, Africa and Latin America, as well as collaboration with global engineering hubs and technology partners in Asia and Europe. Led a strategic greenfield capital project for sodium-sulfur energy storage systems. - Led a >600 Mio. EUR capital investment project in the energy storage sector - Directed an international project organization across Germany, Spain, India and Japan - Managed technology transfer from Japan to Europe within a complex industrial environment - Prepared the project for final investment decision (FID) including scope, cost and execution strategy - Coordinated global engineering partners and EPC-related activities
