I currently lead Supply Chain at Merck Switzerland (Zug), covering Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliant distribution and delivery, third-party logistics (3PL) performance steering and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). I’ve led transformation work alongside day-to-day operations, including SAP S/4HANA implementation and process standardization, and I enjoy using analytics and automation to remove friction from workflows rather than adding complexity.
