    In my role as CEO and Founder I have grown the organisation to over 8,000 subscribers and hundreds of thousands of views through Debates, interviews, documentaries and more. I led a team of over 100 Young People who contributed to our Organisation. Highlights include: - interviewing Alastair Campbell, James O'Brien, Neil Kinnock. Micheal Crick, Brian Rose and many others. - asking questions to some of the biggest names in UK Politics such as Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch, Angela Rayner, James Cleverly, David Lammy - Featuring on GB News, Left Foot Forward, Guido Fawkes, Coffeezilla - Publishing articles and Podcasts featuring hundreds of Young People across the country, giving them a voice in politics - Reporting on issues that matter to young people such as my Documentary on Young people and Vaping - Planning and editing over 140 videos to date, coordinating weekly videos with our young contributors - building a community of hundreds of engaged young people who contributed to our Podcast and Website

    During my time as part of Edge Foundation's Youth Network I worked to get the policy priorities of Young People heard, particularly in the area of education policy. Highlights included speaking on behalf of Edge Foundation at Conservative Party Conference and presenting to their policy network which included representatives from Edexcel and The NHS. I am now continuing this work with the Network following our move to Ashoka
