I'm an enterprising designer who is always looking for ways to make the world a little more beautiful. COBE, the UX/UI design and software development agency I founded in 2012 with three friends, provides me with ample opportunities to do just that. I continue to evolve our company so that it remains successful in a VUCA world. In doing so, I make sure to offer my employees the ideal framework to fully realize their potential. Holocratic structures and agile processes are important success factors for me. With COBE, we develop digital products and services that make our customers more successful and users' lives a little more beautiful and pleasant. That's why COBE stands for "Creators Of Beautiful Experiences". The well-known soccer fantasy manager Kickbase, which we launched in 2013, shows what a successful project can look like when it is created with a clear entrepreneurial focus on the topic of user experience. With more than 2,000,000 downloads and over 500,000 monthly active users, we are the market leader in fantasy sports in the German-speaking world. As a designer and entrepreneur, I know: beauty and outstanding user experiences are not a "nice-to-have". If you want your digital products and services to survive in the battle for attention in the digital world, you have to offer the best user experience. At COBE I am responsible for our business strategy, organizational design, sales and communications.
One year after founding our agency COBE, we decided to bring our very own digital product to life: Kickbase. In the beginning, I was mainly responsible for strategy, marketing and fundraising, and was also helping to design the game logic. Today I am involved as member of the advisory board.
At designaffairs, I was responsible for selling, applying and further developing their brand-driven design method. I also acted as a design management consultant and ran small to mid-sized projects as a project manager.
