Tasks: • Data Integrity • Creation and update of internal documents for data integrity (ALCOA+, DataLifeCycle Management, Audit Trail Reviews, Archiving of electronic data, assessment computer based Systems, performance of internal data integrity audits, definition of process and system owner, etc.) • Qualification and Validation • Support Automation Projects and analyze the process stability • Support Customer Audits • Project support of the implementation of a new training software
Core Team Member Digital Factory and MES Projects Task: • Software lifecycle management (GAMP5) • Analysis and implementation of business processes • Set requirements of the MES interfaces to other systems (SAP, Shop floor, Error Code Server, etc.) • Master data management and maintenance • Support of MES system • Process owner of nonconformance management in MES • Operator Training • Coordination and support of CAPAs and management of changes according to MES. • Creation, review and release of GMP relevant documents e.g. Device History Records and Audit Trails to GMP regulations. • Coordination of external and internal suppliers. • Etc. Automation Project collaborative robot YuMi (ABB) Task: • Moderation of risk analysis (Fishbone and FMEA) • Method validation • Process validation • Review of qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ) according to GDP regulatory. Others: • Moderation of pFMEA • Spreadsheet validation • Processing of internal none conformances • Support the project team to implement the new none conformance tool of SAP an the interface to MES
Dipl. Ingenieur in der Firma Plavac AG. Im Einsatz für die Novartis Pilot Plant für feste Darreichungsformen in Basel. Aufgaben: Sicherstellung der operativen Verfügbarkeit und Erhaltung des GMP bzw. GSU Status von Prozessanlagen. Planung und Durchführung von Qualifizierungen. Administration von Anlagendokumentation. 1.)Autor und Prüfer von Wartungs- und Qualifizierungsdokumenten. 2.) Initiator und Owner für Änderungsanträge (TQW System), Abweichungen und Actions (AQWA) bezogen auf Prozessanlagen. Benutzung und Pflege von Datenbanken (SAP-PM, COMOS, SEDB). Koordination von internen und externen Wartungs- und Technikpersonal. Vorbereitung und aktive Teilnahme an internen und externen Inspektionen und Behördeninspektionen. Durchführung von Schulungen des Personals. Verantwortlich für die Entsorgung von Produktionsanlagen jeglicher Art unter Beachtung der GMP und GSU Regeln.
Mitarbeit im Projekt "Neutronen-Radiographie an Brennstoffzellen" insbesondere im Rahmen von Industrieprojekten. Bau und Unterhalt von Brennstoffzellen Testständen (Hardware und Software) inkl. Mitarbeit in der Projektierung. Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Messkampangen. Fachliche Kompetenzen: LabVIEW Programmierung, Messtechnik, Automatisierungstechnik (SPS), Elektrotechnik (Leiterplatten Design), Sensortechnik, CAD und Rohrleitungsbau.
