With more than 30 years of expertise, our MSB and MSB NOVA platforms enable fast, clean‑core‑ready mobilization of SAP processes for 500+ customers worldwide. Initiated by PE Firm LEA Partners, OneQrew covers all trades and offers software for order processing, ERP, accounting and mobile solutions. As part of the Management Board, I have co-developed the value creation plan, including subscription transition and target operating model, and drove their execution.
Aareon offers its 3,000 customers software and digital solutions to help them manage more than 10 million real estate units. Since fall 2020, global PE firm Advent International has been a minority shareholder in Aareon. Reporting to the CEO, I've been responsible for the Value Creation Plan and Business Transformation towards a Rule40 SaaS company. Exit to TPG for € 3.9 bn in 2024.
