Felix Hafele is a member of Spencer Stuart's Industrial and Energy practices and is based in the firm's Istanbul office. He conducts senior-level searches across industries and functions, with a focus on industrial and energy companies. Felix brings more than 30 years’ professional experience in the private and public sector to his role. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Felix was a member of Neumann International’s executive search practice, where he established and managed the Istanbul/Turkey office. He conducted a variety of senior executive search assignments and management audits in Turkey and Near-Middle East region. He first joined the firm as a member of its management consulting practice. Felix also worked in human resources and legal affairs management in the manufacturing and retail industries, most recently as head of human resources for an Austrian chipboard manufacturer. He began his career in public service in Austria. He serves as a nonexecutive board member of a German industry group and an Austrian hospital. Felix holds a degree in law from University of Innsbruck and also completed post-graduated education in general management. He speaks German, English and Turkish, and has lived in Turkey since 1998.
