Founded initially as a consulting provider for custom software development pivoting the company into a full-service provider for circular economy and re-commerce solutions—offering everything from fulfillment and refurbishment services to consulting on ERP and WMS infrastructure.
Joined the team shortly after its seed funding to lead product and regulatory operations for Fluid, an integrated app designed to simplify fiat <> crypto on- and off-ramping while enabling investments in DeFi products and tokenized assets. Worked closely with the CEO and CTO to streamline product development with a tech team in Tbilisi, Georgia (around 25 employees) while aligning the product with regulatory requirements, onboarding banking and payment partners for the EU and UK, and pursuing licensing from Swiss regulator FINMA.
Led a department with 6 teams and total of 50 team members through a cultural shift to agile practices and a technological transition from on-premise to cloud services, while managing a SaaS and Payment Platform with €50M ARR.
Developed the concept and go-to-market strategy for a blockchain-based fitness and health-data marketplace on top of an existing physical product that revolutionizes the spiro-ergometry sports and health industry. Built the team, developed the MVP, and secured €1.5M in pre-seed funding—all within 6 months.
Co-developed the idea and concept for a fully automated nutrition planner for professional athletes, designed to account for both macro and micro nutrients—something unavailable at the time. Built everything from the ground up with a small founding team, fully bootstrapped.
