ACTION PIN is a leading player in ecological crop protection in France and a manufacturer of high-performance, eco-friendly professional cleaning solutions, built on terpene-based innovation, strong technical expertise, and established customer relationships. Previously, Felix served as President, Global Consumer Fragrances at dsm-firmenich, leading its largest business segment. Over a 25-year career with the group, he held senior roles across Europe, the US, and Asia, driving growth, transformation, and organizational scale. In his most recent role, he managed a €1.8 billion global P&L and partnered with leading multinational and local customers across Personal Care, Beauty, Fabric, Home, and Air Care. He drove a focused SME growth strategy and launched the digital company Scentmate which has transformed the industry. Felix believes in the principles of servant leadership to create an environment that allows the team to thrive and capture exponential opportunities. His passion lies in uncovering untapped opportunities and turning them into competitive advantages.
