About

My key competence lies in power electronics in the context of semiconductor physics simulations, robustness tests and failure analysis. With my expertise in power electronics devices, I am especially keen about expanding my knowledge in SiC to contribute tackling the challenges in the energy transition and electrification of today's world. I have accumulated knowledge in short-circuit tests, power cycling and characterization of Si HV-IGBT modules during my work as graduate research assistant at the chair of power electronics at University of Technology Chemnitz. As well I collected experience in double pulse measurements of discrete Si IGBTs while working at Infineon Technologies in Villach, Austria. Currently, as part of my master’s thesis and graduate research asssitant job, I am working on TCAD surge current simulations and measurements of Si IGBTs and SiC MOSFETS.
