I specialise in patent disputes, with a particular focus on litigation before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and German courts, combined with extensive experience in oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office (EPO). My practice is centred on post-grant proceedings. I regularly advise on technically complex matters across a broad range of fields, including automotive systems, OLED display production, medical devices, fibre-reinforced materials, renewable energy, and HVAC systems. I am particularly engaged where deep technical understanding and strategic legal thinking are required to develop decisive arguments in contentious proceedings. In addition to my disputes work, I advise on prosecution and freedom-to-operate matters. This work is closely aligned with my litigation focus, ensuring that patent portfolios are not only commercially relevant, but also robust and defensible under scrutiny. I work with international clients ranging from established industry players to innovative technology-driven companies, supporting them in high-stakes matters where technical complexity and legal strategy intersect.
