Sharpening European and Overseas Sales Approach for OE & replacement business with special focus on Non-D/A/CH markets. Objective: Reduce market dependencies and achieve a more-balanced sales footprint for Bicycle Tires, including a two digit growth in potential growth segments MTB and Urban. Main Tasks: - Leading and developing International Sales Team for OE and replacement including budget and planning responsibility - Translating Global Sales Strategy into local and customer-related action plans, internally and externally - Improving market visibility & Sales in potential growth markets via local approaches and implementation of creative local communication and marketing measures, mainly in UK, France, Italy, Spain and Scandics.
Comprehensive Implementation of a full-service toolbox for various OE customers. Significant increase of Fleet Business for relevant customers. Main tasks: - First and Direct Contact for OE customers to grow Fleet Business mutually, including a special focus on Business Development Activities for various new Business Opportunities together with the respective client - Negotiating Mid- and Long-term agreements with Fleet Customers
