Since 2006 till the present day I have gained and strengthened the appropriate experience with the configuration, operation and maintenance of seismic mechanical equipment, particularly high pressure air guns (Bolt LL and G Guns), compressors, hydraulic systems, lifting and towing appliances, cables, deflectors, buoys and ropes.
Joined the Oceanic Champion operated by Vestland Offshore AS; for a SAExploration/Petrobras project: MERO Brazil 2026, 4D OBC survey. Dual-source. Ran Soft-start and EOL of the GunLink 4000 system and performed full maintenance on the 6 sub-array 1900 Bolt guns.
Worked for Vestland Offshore AS on the Oceanic Champion (IMO 9085211) in a SAExploration and Petrobras Survey; ITAPU 3D 2026. Performed full maintenance to the Seismic Source: (Triple Source), G-Guns 2, 6 Sub-arrays, and operated/ran GunLink 4000 as there was no Observers. Also Rigged-up for the next project: MERO
Continued working for Maritime Management AS on the M/N Artemis Odyssey (IMO 9335977) as Source (air-gun) Mechanic Operator, hired by PXGEO. Project of WesternGeco. Survey Area: Keathley Canyon, Survey 009225. Triple Source, 3 x 110 m(s) / 10m (d) / 5000 cui / 2000 psi. Performed full maintenance to the Seismic Source; G-Guns 2, 6 Sub-arrays, GunLink 4000 as gun controller.
Joined the M/V Artemis Odyssey (IMO 9335977) with Maritime Management as Gun Mechanic Operator, hired by PXGEO. Re-rigged the entire source for a new project in the Gulf Of America. Performed full maintenance to the Seismic Source; G-Guns 2, 6 Sub-arrays, GunLink 4000 as gun controller.
After Start Up I continued working for Maritime Management AS on the M/N Artemis Odyssey (IMO 9335977) as Gun Mechanic Operator, hired by PXGEO on a regular basis until the end of the project; Project MT1-004723, Offshore Brazil, Petrobras. BUZIOS M1-4D OBN. Equip. Gun-Link 4K, using G-Gun 2.
Continued working for Maritime Management I AS on the M/N Artemis Odyssey (IMO 9335977) as Source Mechanic Operator, hired by PXGEO. Full rigging of Gun-Link 4K, using G-Gun 2 and standby for next project.
