-Handle lead generation opportunities through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat. -Walk prospects through the sign-up process and deployment of Cloud products in Cloud Control Panel. -Qualify and pass leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales segment. -Answer prospective customer questions about Rackspace’s products and services and provide information that helps customers understand Rackspace’s value propositions. -Make outbound calls including, but not limited to, nurture for sales segments, trade shows, and marketing campaign efforts. -Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and opportunity conversion targets.
