Part of Toyota Graduate Development Program during first 18 months: Toyota Way, PDCA and Toyota Business Practices. 2 months cross divisional placement in TME Vehicle NVH evaluation function and 2 months stay at Toyota's UK plant, experiencing the Toyota Production System on the line.
