Architect with over a decade of experience in execution planning, project management, and design development. I have worked on a diverse range of projects, from data centers and substations to retail renovations. My focus is on delivering precise, functional designs, while managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project execution. Currently based in Frankfurt am Main, I’ve gained valuable international experience in both Brazil and Germany. I’ve worked extensively with tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit and SketchUp to bring projects from conception to reality. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge in programming, construction technologies and new materials to stay at the forefront of architectural innovation.
- Developed preliminary designs for data centers - Successfully submitted the building permit application and advanced the design to Leistungsphase 5 (LPH 5).
- Responsible for the execution planning of a data center (FRA23) and a substation (UW03) in Frankfurt. - Developed the preliminary design for the renovation of a Lidl supermarket.
- Worked on projects for schools, clinics, kindergartens/daycares, offices, and dormitories using container construction. - Implemented design specifications, managed client and contractor relationships, and conducted execution planning in ArchiCAD (LPH 3-5).
- Led new construction projects for a therapeutic clinic and an operations building, as well as the conversion and renovation of single-family homes. - Involved in on-site surveying, preliminary design, detailed design, approval, and execution planning using CAD (AutoCAD), including 3D modeling and photomontages.
