Reporting to the Global CEO of Benefits Business, I am in charge of Brazilian benefits operations from Edenred Group (Ticket Serviços S.A.).
Reporting to the Global Chief Sales, Marketing and Innovation officer, I was in charge at group level of worldwide Sales for Retail & SME Business and Strategic Partnerships managing 5 associate directors and team which are divided into regions, roles and projects. Main responsibilities were: Build profitable sales growth by defining an expansion plan for Retail and SME Business identifying new opportunities for Allianz across geographies and segments by enhancing the product range and offerings via optimal channel mix. Drive the best Business Model (Multi-Access | Digital Attacker), and Sales Digital transformation in each country based on the new Hybrid world in order to assure the most efficient and attractive environment for customers and distributors. Develop and support countries to improve their Retail|SME distribution models adding new channels to leverage GWP growth via distribution partnerships (Bancassurance, Telecom providers and Affinities) or traditional channels (Off | Online). Steer innovation into sales environment testing and piloting new products, offers and new business models outside core business in some countries in order to shape the future markets from Allianz.
